Consultation Services Terms

Booking Policy

Consultations must be booked at least one week in advance and are limited to one hour per session. Additional time requires a new session booking and payment.

Payment Terms

• A $20.00 non-refundable fee is required at the time of booking.

• The fee is credited toward any service booked after the consultation.

• Refunds are issued only if Kent Origins cancels or reschedules the appointment. If the client reschedules, the $20.00 payment is credited to one subsequent appointment. Further changes require a new payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

• Failure to cancel within this period or missing the appointment results in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Confidentiality and Deliverables

• Consultations include a detailed discussion, after which clients receive a written proposal outlining services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables. This proposal serves as the service agreement.

• All creative ideas and discussions are protected under Kent Origins’ confidentiality agreement. Only company members directly involved in the project will have access to this information and are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

Liability Waiver

Clients acknowledge that consultations are informational and waive liability for any disputes, damages, or claims arising from the session.

Follow-Up

After the consultation, clients will receive a session recap and roadmap for proceeding with services.

General Provisions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Kent Origins disclaims liability for any damages arising from website use or consultations.

• Liability exclusions include, but are not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes will be resolved under Puerto Rican jurisdiction.
