Refund Policy

At Kent Origins, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our consultation services.

1. Consultation Fee Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • The $20.00 consultation fee is refundable only if Kent Origins cancels or reschedules the consultation.

    • Clients who cancel their consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:

    • The consultation fee is non-refundable if the client cancels 24 hours after time of the appointment confirmation or fails to show up.

    • Rescheduling is permitted once without forfeiting the fee. Any subsequent rescheduling requires a new $20.00 payment.

  • Application Toward Services:

    • The consultation fee will always be credited toward the total cost of services agreed upon during the consultation, provided the client moves forward with a service.

2. Refund Process

  • Clients eligible for a refund will have the payment returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • To request a refund, please email kentorigins@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Full name

    • Date of consultation

    • Reason for refund request

3. Service Deposits

  • Deposits made for services agreed upon after a consultation are non-refundable unless Kent Origins cancels the project or fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, Kent Origins encourages open communication to resolve the issue. Refunds for dissatisfaction with services beyond the consultation fee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds for services already delivered may not be issued unless there is a failure to meet agreed-upon terms outlined in the signed service proposal.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

Kent Origins reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website, and the revised policy will apply to all bookings and transactions made after the effective date.
